Close to Carcassonne, in the Aude, “le Gite du Vigneron”, ancient winemakers house & charming cottage is a nice place situated near the river and in the bookvillage of Montolieu.
We will welcome you from January 2023 .
We started our renovation works in January 2022. On this page, you can find some pictures of the renovation works of our two charming guesthouses “Gite de la Confluence” & “Gite du Vigneron”.
It is possible to rent without the “Gite de la Confluence” situated at the 2° floor outside the summer period. Possibility to rent the cottage on a long-term basis outside the summer period.
The guesthouse has 4 bedrooms with 4 private bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 lounges/dining rooms and 2 terraces. 1 roof top terrace and 1 garden terrace.
Ideal for 8 up to 12 people maximum.
